Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard Delivery: 7-14 business days (Free on orders ₹50,000+)
  • Express Delivery: 3-5 business days (Additional charges apply)
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for select locations and products

Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on orders above ₹50,000.

For orders below ₹50,000:

  • Within City: ₹500
  • Within State: ₹1,000
  • Pan India: ₹2,500

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

We deliver to most locations across India, including:

  • All major cities and metro areas
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
  • Selected rural areas (check availability)

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for most furniture items.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be in original condition, unused, and with tags intact
  • Original packaging should be available
  • Free return pickup for damaged/defective items
  • Return shipping charges apply for customer convenience returns

Refund Processing Timeline:

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Approval: 1-2 business days to approve refund
  • Processing: 7-10 business days to credit original payment method
  • Bank Processing: Additional 2-5 days depending on your bank

You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated. Store credit refunds are processed instantly.

Yes! All our furniture products come with comprehensive warranty coverage:

  • Standard Products: 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects
  • Premium Collection: Extended 10-year warranty
  • Fabric & Upholstery: 2-year warranty
  • Hardware & Mechanisms: 3-year warranty
