Returns & Exchange FAQs

We offer a 30-day return policy for most furniture items. To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be in original, unused condition
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Assembly should not have been attempted (for furniture requiring assembly)
  • Original invoice/receipt must be provided
  • Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Note: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange pickup within 2-3 business days.

FREE Return Pickup in the following cases:

  • Product is defective or damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Quality issues covered under warranty

Return Shipping Charges Apply for:

  • Change of mind / No longer needed
  • Ordered wrong product by mistake
  • Doesn't match expectations (subjective reasons)

Return shipping cost: ₹500 - ₹2,000 depending on product size and location (deducted from refund amount).

Refund Timeline:

  • Pickup: 2-3 business days after return approval
  • Quality Check: 3-5 business days after receiving returned item
  • Refund Processing: 2-3 business days after approval
  • Bank Credit: 5-7 business days (depends on your bank)

Total Time: Approximately 7-10 business days from pickup to bank credit.

Refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Yes! We offer product exchanges. You can:

  • Same Product, Different Size/Color: Free exchange (subject to availability)
  • Different Product - Lower Price: Exchange with refund of price difference
  • Different Product - Higher Price: Exchange by paying the price difference
  • Store Credit: Get full refund as store credit (valid for 12 months)

Exchange Timeline: 10-14 business days (includes pickup of old item and delivery of new item)

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture
  • Clearance/sale items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Products that have been assembled or installed
  • Items with missing parts, accessories, or tags
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago

Exception: Even non-returnable items can be returned if they arrive damaged or defective. Manufacturing defects are covered under our warranty policy.

All return shipments arranged by us are fully insured. To ensure smooth processing:

  • Pack the product securely using original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and hardware
  • Take photos before handing over to delivery partner
  • Get signed acknowledgment from pickup person

If the product is damaged during return transit (with our arranged pickup), you won't be held responsible. We'll process your full refund as per policy.
