Free Shipping: Orders above ₹50,000

Standard Shipping:

  • Within Delhi NCR: ₹500
  • Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata: ₹800
  • Other metro cities: ₹1,000
  • Rest of India: ₹1,500

Express Delivery: Additional ₹2,000 (3-5 business days)

Standard Delivery: 7-14 business days

Express Delivery: 3-5 business days (select locations)

Custom Orders: 3-4 weeks (includes manufacturing time)

Yes, we deliver to most locations across India including metro cities, tier-2 and tier-3 cities. Enter your pincode at checkout to verify if we deliver to your area.

Note: Delivery to remote or difficult-to-access locations may take additional time and could incur extra charges.

  • Email Updates: Receive tracking details via email at each status change

Our delivery executive will call you before arrival. If you're unavailable:

  • We'll attempt delivery up to 3 times
  • You can reschedule delivery by contacting customer support
  • Authorize someone else to receive the delivery on your behalf
  • Provide alternative delivery instructions in order notes

Standard Delivery: Includes product drop-off only. Self-assembly required.

Assembly Service: Available at additional cost (₹500 - ₹2,000 depending on product complexity)

If you receive damaged furniture:

  1. Do NOT accept the delivery if damage is clearly visible
  2. Take photos/videos of the damaged packaging and product

  4. Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
  5. We'll arrange replacement or refund as per your preference

Note: All shipments are insured for damage during transit.
