  • Hardware & Mechanisms: 2 years (hinges, slides, handles, etc.)
  • Mattresses: 10 years on manufacturing defects

Yes! Our warranty is transferable to the new owner.

Transfer Process:

  1. Original owner must inform us of the sale
  2. Provide new owner's details (name, contact, address)
  3. Transfer original invoice copy to new owner
  4. We'll update our records (no transfer fee)

Important: Remaining warranty period stays the same. For example, if 2 years remain, new owner gets 2 years of coverage.
